Timeline:

Drill Design is completed  based upon agreed upon timeline of each movement of your visual program. It usually takes approximately 1-2 weeks from the time music is submitted to Joseph Benavidez Visual Design and Instruction. I will work with you throughout your marching season for visual programming, choreography and drill adjustments.



​​Contract

A visual design contract will be sent to you the band director after initial verbal agreement on music selections and visual concepts. Drill Design will begin upon receipt of the signed formal contract agreement.

Drill Rewrites

Drill will be rewritten for minor changes (less than 10 pages of drill of a music selection) at No Charge. Adjustments in instrumentation can be made at no charge when notified in advance. Rewrites are made upon your requests and agreement between you the band director and Joseph Benavidez Visual Design and Instruction. Rewrites will be provided to you within 1 week of the request. A $50 charge will be added to the Final payment if a drill rewrite are needed for major changes (more than 10 pages of drill of a music selection).

Drill

Drill and coordinate sheets will be sent via PDF. A Video of Pyware Real View Perspective and/or Dots of drill design will also be included after each completed mvmt of your Show.

Payment

Full Payment for Drill Design should be made to Joseph Benavidez within 2 weeks upon receipt of Final drill design mvmt and based on agreed upon due date of drill on contract.

If Consultation and or Marching Instruction is provided. Payment of Consultation and/or Marching Instruction will be made to Joseph Benavidez at end of services or 2 weeks upon completion of services.
